1. All Payments Are Final
All payments made to us are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before paying.
2. Replacements Policy
Replacements will only be provided if clearly mentioned in the product details. If a product does not include a replacement guarantee, then no replacement will be offered.
3. Incorrect or Excess Payments
- •If you send extra money by mistake to our correct address, you must wait a minimum of 24 hours for verification and processing.
- •If you send payment to the wrong address, we cannot provide any refund or replacement. Please double-check payment details before sending.
4. Automatic Agreement
By purchasing from us, you automatically agree to all terms stated in this TOS.
Stockify Server Rules
Respect & Behaviour
Treat all members and staff with respect. Harassment, toxicity, threats, discrimination, or drama will not be tolerated. Follow Discord's Community Guidelines at all times.
No Spamming
Do not spam messages, ping staff repeatedly, or flood tickets. After payment, continuous spamming will delay your product — be patient and allow us to process your order.
Tickets & Support
Open a ticket only when needed. Provide all required details clearly. Do not open multiple tickets for the same issue.
Payments & Orders
Pay only if you fully trust us. Make sure you have enough time to wait for order processing. Be patient and chat calmly — rushing only slows things down.
No Chargebacks / Scams
Any attempt to scam, chargeback, or misuse payment systems will result in a permanent ban from the server and services.
No Self-Promotion
Advertising your own servers, services, or links is not allowed unless approved by staff.
Stay in the Correct Channels
Use each channel for its intended purpose. Do not ask support or product questions in general chats.
